For online EU purchases, customers normally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase. MimaPelo should keep returns clear, simple and fair.
Condition
Items should be unused, clean and in original packaging where possible. Hygiene-sensitive used items may be limited.
Refunds
After the return is received and checked, refunds are sent to the original payment method.
How to start a return
Email info@mimapelo.ee with your order number, product name and reason for return. We will reply with the next steps and return address once the final logistics partner is confirmed.
